We are always in need of committed volunteers to pack and distribute food, make pickups and deliveries, assist with administrative needs, and maintain our community gardens.
To join us as a volunteer in our mission to end hunger, click the "Volunteer" button below to fill out our application. From there, a staff member will contact you for orientation and to schedule your service.
Special Gifts
Feeding large numbers of people requires some specialized equipment. We currently need a pallet jack, large tables for food sorting, building insulation, and drywall. Please email info@youthfullme.org or call (207) 391-0185 to donate special gifts.
Recycle with Clynk
If you recycle bottles and cans with Clynk, you can choose to donate all or part of your Clynk balance to YFM by logging into your Clynk account and clicking "Donate". Or, you can email us at info@youthfullme.org to request bags and tags that will automatically attribute your recyclables to YFM.
Food is purchased in bulk by YFM from its fundraising efforts, but over 75% of the food YFM provides is donated from business and individual food drives, community food pantries, and produce from local farms and markets. Youth Full Maine partners with Good Shepherd Food Bank to access more donated and discounted dry goods and local produce.
